• Sealed means factory-sealed: original shrink or seal as issued by the manufacturer. We do not sell resealed product, and we source from distributors and verified collections only.
• Graded cards are exactly the slab pictured — the photo on the listing is the actual item, not a stock image.
• Raw singles are photographed front and back; the condition stated on the listing is the condition you receive.

If anything arrives not matching its listing, contact us as soon as possible — preferably within 7 days of delivery — and we make it right — full stop.
