How we pack

Sealed product ships double-boxed with padding — never in a bare polymailer. Graded slabs ship in semi-rigid protection inside a box. High-value cases ship UPS, never left on doorsteps.

Signature & insurance

Higher-value orders may ship with additional packaging, declared-value insurance, or signature confirmation at our discretion — we size the protection to the order.

Timing

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking the moment the label is created and again when the carrier scans it.

Local pickup

Free in-store pickup in Sebastopol — choose it at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Rates

Calculated at checkout by weight and destination. We don't pad shipping — what you pay is close to what the carrier charges us plus insurance. US shipping only.
